How many people actually believe in the idea the way you think has some effect on your life?
How many people actually woke up in the morning and consciously created a future?
The biggest reason why people don’t do it because you really don’t believe it’s true. If you knew on gut level that it’s absolutely true. Will you ever miss a day? Will you ever let any thought slip by your awareness that you didn’t want to experience.
Your brain according to neuroscience is organized to reflect everything you know in life. Your brain is a record of your environment. Does your environment control your thinking or does your thinking control your environment?
If you get up in the morning from your bed and do always what you do in a same routine. If you see the same people who put the same emotional button, you do the same thing in which you are expert. Did your brain change at all that day? We can say, you’re thinking the same thoughts, performing the same action, create the same experiences that produce the same emotion but secretly expecting something to change in your life. As your environment turns on different circuit in your brain, you begin to think equal to your environment. As you see the same people, go to same place and do the same thing at same time. If the external environment turning in different circuit in your brain causing you to think equal to you know, as long as you think equal to everything familiar to you know- you keep creating the same life.
Quantum laws still apply to you. You just think equal to you know and creating more of the same. To truly change is to think greater than your environment. In every great person history knew this whether it is Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther king or Mother Teresa. They all had a vision. They all had an idea, couldn’t see it, couldn’t smell it, couldn’t taste it, and couldn’t feel it. But it was alive in their mind. It was so alive in their mind that they began to live as if that reality was actually happening now. So can you believe in a future that you see or experience with your senses? But the way you think about in your mind that your brain is literally changed to look like the event has already happened. Neuroscience says it’s absolutely possible. Your personality creates yours personal reality. Your personality is made up of how you think, how you act and how you feel. The present personality has created the present personal reality, called your life. Would you agree? Would you also agree that if you want to create a new personality? There is fundamental level you’ll have to change –the thoughts that you are thinking, the behaviors and habits that you demonstrating and the emotions you have memorized have become part of your life identity and most people try to create a new personal reality as the same personality and it never works.
We have to become something else. So as you keep thinking the same thoughts performing the same actions and living by the same experience that produce the same emotion. There is principle in neuroscience- nerve cells that fire together wire together. And if you keep repeating same, the same state of mind-body over and over again, your brain begins to fire in the same sequence and the same patterns and same combinations whenever you work on certain way that’s called “Mind”. Mind is brain and action. So as you remind yourself everyday who you think you are. You are easing your brain to fire the exact same way and they fire in wire in the same pattern over times, the brain loosen to a very finite signature. That’s called your personality. And now that box in your brain is literally a box but is the most commonly wired neurologically fire programs that run redundantly because we are keep doing the same thing over and over again. To change the mind – make the brain work in a new sequences, new patterns, new combinations to begin to work the brain differently and the one ingredient allows to do that is ‘Knowledge’ and ‘ Information’ because everything you learn something new make a new connection in brain that is called’ learning’. ‘Learning is forcing new connections’. ‘Remembering is maintaining those connections’. So now, every time you have a thought- you make a chemical. If have a great thought, unlimited thought, joyful thought you turn a set of a circuit in your brain and fires in very specific sequence pattern and combination that produces a level of mind. That turns out another part of brain that makes a chemical for you to begin to feel the way you think-great, unlimited, joyful. And now if you have negative thought, unhappy thoughts or self depreciating you turns on to different sets of sequence combination- patterns- that produces different level of mind then brains begin to create different parts of chemical to signals the body for you to begin to feel exactly the same way you think- Negative, unhappy, unworthy. So the moment you begin to feel the way you think because the brain is in constant communication with the body. You begin to think the way you feel which makes more chemical for you to feel the way you think and the way you think the way you feel and the way you feel the way you think and some people do this for 20 years or 30-40 years. Now the redundancy of that cycle over time creates that called ‘state of being’. In state of being- your body and mind is working together and your thoughts and feelings are aligned into a concept. So, thoughts are the language of the brain. Feeling is the language of the body. And people get caught up in the cycle of thinking and feeling. Overtime they conditioned body to memories that emotion as well as the conscious mind and whenever the body knows as well as mind that is called a habit. ‘A habit is when your body is the mind’. 90% of who you are by the time you are 35 is a set of memorized behaviors, set of emotional reactions, beliefs, perceptions, and attitude. 5% of your conscious mind works against 95% of what you memorized. So the person wants to think positively but they are feeling negatively. They want to create a dream work, their future life but they feel unworthy. That is mind and body opposition. You have to recondition the body to a new mind.
How many people know someone who is memorized suffering? No person, no thing, no feeling, no experience can move us from this. And we have this brain to allow us to move into new state of being, quantum field and universal mind. Response to who you are being, not what you are thinking, not what you are feelings called state of being. Most people wait for trauma, disease, loss, crisis, diagnosis. Their ego brought to such a low level; that they cannot go businesses usual. So it’s important to look how you think and feel, believe and act, attitudes and emotions living by. Why wait? We can learn and change from which we are suffering. We can learn joy of inspiration.
